Now tell me, are these not the coolest socks ever.

One of the best birthday presents. I just need
someone to play with.

My crazy looking cough pearls from the doctor.
Only I can get sick in the middle of the summer with
100.7 fever.

Part of my compensation for Shawn throwing
my crow into the crowd. One of the tapes from the
Salty Eyes video. Way cooler than the crow.

Saying goodbye to the city :(
I didn't want to leave really.

Monday, August 24, 2009

The Golden Gate Bridge
We did a cruise around the bay for my birthday.

The Matches last show :(
It was bittersweet.

Sea Lions! They were sooo cute, but sooo stinky.
There were at least a 1000 of them laying on each
other, on all the little docks.

Bird by Bird debut.
It was ridiculous how good they were.

Plane ride to San Francisco!
I have no idea what state we were over.
But it looked pretty cool.

Krystle, Nikki and I had matching ones, I think
for chorus in 4th grade.

My mom and I were cleaning out some
of my old bins in storage. I found an entire
bin of just OM stuff. Dan made this cat.
I miss OM so much.

So Maria is beyond awesome. Not only did she bake me
a cake, I got it a week before my birthday since I wont be
home. It tastes as good as it looks.

On our way home we kept passing signs with weird
names of places. This was one of the worst, next to Slaughter
Neck. I'd probably never go to this beach, it sounds like a bad
horror movie. I looked up why its called that, not very
interesting. It was either after the horse shoe crabs that would
wash up on shore and die, or a local postmaster named William
Slaughter.

Ooh?

"And like Edgar Allen Poe, I'll die
on these streets of Baltimore"
At his new resting spot and the old, people left
notes to him with either flowers or a trinket.
Something that was left I found weird was a picture.
Weather worn on the front, but on the back it read
this very long thing about how they missed him so
much, it was written as if she knew him. Interesting.

I didn't have my swim trunks or flippie
floppies. But I was on a boat! A dragon
boat*. Only my family, no one under the age of 19
anymore, would go on a dragon paddle boat together.

Apparently you can't leave your bike out in Baltimore.

Saturday, August 8, 2009

I made a boat, well really a raft. I just
need a rain storm now.

My mom wanted to melt out the wax of a few old
candle holders. I guess she didn't pay attention to it.

New temporary curtains until I think of something better.

Dying my black and white zebra hoodie
to be black and red.
